The tech behind the show

Calm hands,
loud rooms.
I came up the honest way — warehouse floor to show floor. Prepping racks, packing trucks, and pushing cases taught me what gear actually survives a load-in, and running shows taught me what an audience actually sees and hears.
Today, I run freelance contracts under Sunset Dawn Entertainment across Greater Philadelphia, alongside time at Bauder Audio: video engineering first; switching, LED walls, projection, and playback, with live sound and FX close behind for corporate sessions, festivals, galas, and one-offs.
The line item says V1 or A2. The job I actually do is problem-solving, tracing a signal chain nobody documented, finding the fault before the fault finds you, and building a clean fix from whatever's in the truck. I show up early, label everything, and stay level when the show doesn't; because it never fully does.
